Help may be available for electricity, natural gas, propane, heating oil, and firewood bills. Assistance with heating and cooling infrastructure such as furnace repair and replacement or air conditioners may be available depending on funding and season. Can also assist with applications for Puget Sound Energy (PSE) and Cascade Natural Gas (CNGC) rate reduction programs.

Helps residents in the Columbia Valley urban growth area of Whatcom County replace old woodstoves with new, certified wood or pellet stoves and/or heat pumps. Open to Columbia Valley residents who meet certain qualifications.
