Provides residence, meals, medication management services, medical supervision, recreational activities and other supportive services to persons living with HIV/AIDS and who also may suffer from other diseases, mental illness, substance abuse, and/or developmental disabilities. To qualify for residency must have low or no income, diagnosis of HIV/AIDS, and be unable to live independently.

Services include abortion, birth control, emergency contraception, gender-affirming care, HIV services, pregnancy testing and planning, STD testing and treatment, primary care, period and menstruation supplies, vaccines, and wellness/preventative care.

Safety and Support Program aims to minimize the negative consequences associated with substance use by providing practical strategies to decrease risk. Diseases like HIV or hepatitis C can be spread when people who use injection drugs share needles or other equipment. This program provides new, sterile needles and equipment to people who use injection drugs, and provides connections to drug treatment, disease testing, vaccines, and other social services.
