Walk in for service. Use 1708 "I" Street entrance. Government-issued photo ID at the door; driver's license and car registration for gas voucher; utility bill for utility assistance

Whatcom County, WA

Provides limited financial assistance vouchers for people in need living in Whatcom County. Helps pay for gasoline, food, utilities, phone bills, bus passes, and ID and driver's licenses. Amounts range from $50 to $200. Available only once every twelve months.
